The Boathouse Restuarant

One evening before work I had some time and was a little hungry, so I stopped in at this establisment for some light fare.

The Boathouse Restuarant is on Coogans Boulevard, Mystic. This is the building formarly housing JAMMS Restuarant.

I ordered a unsweetened Iced Tea which had a after taste of mint. This teas was smooth, cool and refreshing.

Next I ordered a plain garden salad, with Balsamic and EVOO. The delicately toasted Foccacia Croutons just popped with favor in your mouth.

Next I had a Hummus Plate. This plate had a hugh pile of Hummus, with garnishes of pesto, feta, sundried tomato, bruschetta, and kalamata olives. Served with wedges of pita bread.

This was.verg goof, and I will make a return trip.

Once in awhile, especially around St. Patricks Day, they have a Corned Beef Special. Corned Beef Brisket with a Honey Mustard Clove Glaze. It is to die for,,,,
